It is used to open and close the louvres, allowing you to easily control the amount of light and privacy in your room. It is a traditional and popular feature of plantation shutters, combining simple operation with a classic appearance. How does a Central Tilt Rod work? The Central Tilt Rod is connected to the Shutter's louvres. When you move the rod up or down, the louvres move together, allowing you to adjust the angle of the shutters. This gives you greater control over how much natural light enters your room, while also allowing you to maintain privacy when needed. The benefits of a Central Tilt Rod include providing a simple way to adjust your shutter louvres. A small movement of the rod allows you to adjust multiple louvres at once. Control light and privacy By adjusting the angle of the louvres, you can control how much light enters your room and how much of the outside view is visible. A classic Shutter appearance: The visible Central Rod gives Shutters their traditional look. It can be a great choice if you prefer a more classic and recognizable Plantation Shutter style.
