Booking a home survey can feel like opening a door to a high-pressure sales pitch. Ours isn't that. Here's what actually happens.
Before we arrive
You'll get a confirmation text the day before. We turn up in a marked van, in uniform, on time. Allow about 45 minutes for an average house — longer for bays or larger projects.
At your windows
We bring samples of every material, louvre size, and popular colour. You hold them up against your wall and existing décor. We measure every window, photograph each one, and note any quirks (uneven reveals, radiators, alarm sensors).
The quote
You get a written quote within 48 hours. It's itemised — by window, by material — so you can spec the whole house or just the front rooms. No pressure to commit at the survey itself.
