We've spent fifteen years refining a process that puts the customer's living room first and the sales pitch last. You'll meet the same people from first visit to final fit — owners, surveyors, fitters.

We come to you, evenings and weekends included, with the full sample collection. We listen first — light, privacy, mood, budget — then talk timber, finish and louvre size against the actual windows you live with.
Laser-precise, old houses included.
Once the design is signed off, our surveyor returns to take laser measurements of every recess, reveal and out-of-square reveal. The price you see is the price you pay — fixed, in writing, before we order a single panel.
Built to fit, finished to keep.
Your shutters are built to your exact measurements in premium timber or engineered hybrid. Every panel is hand-finished, quality-checked and signed off before it leaves the workshop. We keep you posted the whole way.
In and dressed, often in a day.
Our own fitters install, level and adjust every panel — dust-sheets down, shoes off, home left spotless. We walk you through operation and aftercare, then back it all with our lifetime guarantee.
